Lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Master in Administrative
law from Universidad Los Andes.

 

She focuses her practice in corporate, regulatory, and labor areas; companies´ reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial and civil
contracting in telecommunications and media areas. Also, in individual and collective labor law, giving support to different procedures of
collective bargaining and collective bargaining agreements and contracts.
